How long will it take to sell my home?
We sell homes faster than average because our marketing and negotiation skills entices buyers to make higher offers faster. It generally takes 1-6 months, but you will get a more specific answer during our initial meeting, after we check how long similarly priced homes take to sell in your neighborhood.
I can't believe its only 1%. How much do you really charge?
We have two programs: 1% listing fee and 1.5% listing fee. Both include: Photo Shoot of your home, Professional edition to make your home capture more buyers’ attention, Drone Aerial views to highlight the location, realistic 3D Tours to cater to foreign buyers, 4K indoor and outdoor Videos to sell the lifestyle it provides, a floor plan so buyers can envision themselves in the home, and even marketing flyers.
The only difference between the two Listing Fees is who is there to explain your home when buyers come see it.
Buyer agent compensation is now optional by law starting in 2024, and not included in our Listing Fee.
How much is the buyer's Agent compensation?
Before 2024, it was mandatory for the seller of a home listed in the MLS to pay both agents (the seller’s and the buyer’s), most agents will try to get you to pay 3% to list and 3% to compensate the buyer's agent, for a total of 6% of your home's value.
We don’t want you to over pay, so we will research how much your competitors (other similarly-priced homes) offer to buyer agents in your neighborhood, and tell you. So you can decide what you want to offer to buyer's agents.
