We suggest you budget to compensate the buyer's agent.

We work hard on creating the conditions to sell your home for the most money, but if you’re not happy with our work you can cancel at any time at no cost. Please know other Real Estate companies charge a cancellation fee of around $1,000 for the time they invested in taking pictures, videos and all the marketing for your home.
